I must admit, I was intrigued by the first chapter, but when its revealed that Caroline is an angel, I felt a bit skeptical. The second chapter roped me in however, and while still being skeptical, I think that it has promise.

Now, the third chapter is really really good. I enjoyed reading this, and the way you mentioned Caroline's wounds - does it has something to do with Klaus? And the little twist you throw in about Caroline becoming more and more human the longer she stays, is really an inspired one. Can't say I've seen it coming.

This is really cool. It's awesome how she'll have all these abilities of the light - higher power. If I'm guessing in the right direction, I'm sorta sensing this will have a City of Angels trend towards the end. Will he fall in love with her eventually, but then she turns mortal and dies in a terrible way? Lol, if so, how depressing, but it'd be more beautiful sad - in the way people enjoy getting a good cry. I also like how she's getting along so far with his family, I hope you have her and Rebekah become friends. Ciao!
