Beautiful. That's what this story is. A rocky start swiftly transitions into a tale rife with as much charm as heartbreak. Max, dont call her Maxine, is a girl who draws you in as much as she'd probably prefer to kick you out. Her story is just as likely to make you giggle as it is the make you tear up. The author has done an excellent job fleshing out the characters to create believable persons with strengths and weaknesses that only serve to cement the reader's attachment to them. I am very excited to continue reading through the rest of Max's story and suggest that if you haven't started yet, you do. Like right now. No seriously, stop reading this drivel and get started.

AWESOME! I just fully made the connection now to Avengers (doy... I'm not slow, i just wasn't sucked into the speceficities of the Avengers/Capt. America and therefore did not know the "Dum Dum" however, sadly/happily I have introduced myself and have spent the last month straight reading Capt. Amer and CAWS related fics and so, coming back to your anouncement that Max is a Dugen, as in from THE Dugen is SUPER awesome! :D)

When I first realized that Max was gonna die, I admit that I couldn't put it down. I almost cried at the end but I like the way you ended it. Great job! Like how someone else sees this, how you put your emotions into this, and most importantly Character Development. The process of developing Max is amazing in her first part of her life. I read this story over a course of two days. When it came out that Max would die, I was shocked and intrigued. By the end of this story you had me in tears. I mean, I was a mess! This was such an amazing story and I'll miss it, but will read the sequel. I wish she would've had more interaction with Erik, but it was amazing and emotional anyways. You really are an amazing writer.

Pure amazment! The character herself was unique and just amazing! The way you were able to include her into this was just perfect! I love how she got close to everyone, except for Erik, but I love it!
