What happened to lileen?

I have one big problem with the court proceedings.
I am A BIG fan of Sev but in any court after Molly referred to Snape as being a Death Eater that would not have been allowed again to have been said because he was proven to have been a spy for over 16 years. When it was brought up the judge/minister would of disallowed that referral to his character or charges could be brought to anyone saying that.
