This story is still a better love story than "Twilight". Well, better than Twilight canon. Bella had zero self-preservation instincts. (Not that I for one second think Eddie and his "family" are REAL vampires, but I digress...)

Second, I would never be kissing a guy. I don't bat for the home team. And I'm not sure what Shrek and Gollum are doing there, but that would actually be pretty awesome to watch...just hiking through the woods and there's this happening.

C, Angela is a three-dimensional character (at least your Angela), Bella is barely a two-dimensional one. I won't go full "Anti-Twilight Rant", there re a few redeeming things about it (like Alice), and yet it irks me.

I find it rather odd that literally ALL the Twilight "vampires" do, outside of the doctor, is go to school and...be intimate, basically. Or shop and play video games. However, none of that is directed at your story. I find your story much better than canon. Good job so far.
