I'm only commenting on the 'aru' part in your translation. It's really just a word the Japanese mock the Chinese with. Daring the war, over radios the Chinses were said to finish every sentence with it cutting out on 'aru'. If it was true, they most likely were saying something else. In the Chinese language they can't sound their 'Rs', only the Japanese uses Rs in their language. Rin, Riku, Rina. The Chinese use Ls, Long, Lin, etc. So really, 'aru' does nothing for the Chinese accen. Other then mock China and give him a Japanese accent. *sweatdrop*

I'm not bashing of anything I'm just a bit China/Chinese/Asia fan and I hate seeing China mocked that way without others knowing that they are.

It's a good start, yes, but why does Yao sound so retarded (lack of better word) and child-like? Tip: don't take stereotypes too far, or even hetalia characters will seem OOC, okay? :)
