Love the story. Just one hole I found. Where did the Fred, George, and Luna stay over the summer after Harry adopted them? They are not with him when he escapes to Gringotts. Just had this question rolling around in my mind as I was reading, but I really love the story.

i think this has to be rewritten to create better developed characters especially from the HP side of the story. their characterizations unreasonably supersede the characters of the LOTR. HP characters have a freer form of magic but beyond that, they are far less compared to the characters of the LOTR. to make them behave like they're much better, more knowledgeable, more experienced and wiser than the LOTR characters is worse than Sauron reclaiming his ring. you're writing is brilliant and promising but needs more careful consideration towards character development.

hmmm, i think the depiction of HP characters needs to be toned down to a more reasonable level. they already match the elder elves despite their lack of experience compared to the elder elves who've lived millennia of peace war and between. at their current characterization, why don't we just send them to Mordor and finish the battle for once and for all AND to cut the story short? ;)

my reservation here is that Gandalf is reduced to an istari similar to Dumbledore when they're totally different. also, gandalf is a god albeit lesser to the valars. to be reduced to a character lesser to the harry potter characters is absolutely insulting and an utter oversight. he's a sort of god, an immortal, has lived more years than all the HP characters combined and gone through more battles than they could ever imagine.

I'm glad you managed to get rid of Galadriel, she's quite...weird in this fic and I've always found it to be a little uncomfortable the way she would just peek into another's mind.
