ConfortablyNumb chapter 7 . 1/3/2019
Thank you for this great story, I really enjoyed reading it. I particularly liked the relationship between Qui Gon and Obi Wan. It’s a nice team.
Brievel chapter 7 . 4/18/2015
Such a sweet ending. Although I'm severely tempted to through that worthless wench off the side of the barge and take her place...
Brievel chapter 6 . 4/18/2015
This story has been hysterically funny so far, and the glimpses into Mace's thoughts and emotions absolutely priceless. xD
maryg92844 chapter 6 . 6/26/2014
Absolutely fantastic story!
librophile chapter 1 . 6/15/2014
...I think I want to see Mace helping out. What havoc would ensue then? Lol
MJLupin27 chapter 1 . 5/12/2014
Jajaja I loved the whole Qui-Gon/Mace interaction! I do feel sad Mace thinks he can't be friends with Qui-Gon as he used to.. he better stop mixing work with personal things XD it'd be wise of him.. Thanks for sharing!
miarath chapter 7 . 7/8/2013
Hmm, that's an almost amusing conclusion to this story here, one, that almost begs for a sequel about Obi-Wan dealing with all those not-trustworthy politicians - and maybe meeting a few that are trustworthy, like Bail Organa?
miarath chapter 4 . 7/8/2013
Oh my, that was just perfect:

But I let myself be persuaded, and not by Jinn. No, I let young Kenobi here sway me, turn me over to the grey twilight region known as the Jinn side of the Force, where the only rule is "break all the rules."

That's awesome beyond imagination - although I have the slight feeling Mace's not pleased with the situation at all, or maybe he is? Figuring that he did grew up with Qui-Gon after all to appreciate such slyness or maybe just the adventure and unnecessary action a Jedi doesn't crave?
Nanuk chapter 7 . 6/12/2013
"I might let him remain angry indefinitely... His wit is sharper, his saber skills deadlier, his very movement more elegantly powerful when he is angry." Yum! ;)

Thoroughly enjoyed the different perspectives here - it's rather nice to have Qui Gon praise Obi-Wan, even though it's only in his head. ;)
Nanuk chapter 4 . 6/12/2013
"There's no reason we can't be civilized about this. Why don't you simply surrender and spare us all a great deal of fuss?" Hahahaha, omg! I'm SURE it works anyway!
Eruhin chapter 7 . 9/30/2012
I took your advice to read the story of liberating the Feorians and I regret nothing:) I loved it, Qui-Gon's clashes with the Council are always so entertaining, Obi-Wan's loyalty and tolerance for his maverick master's ideas melted my heart and I enjoyed seeing a different side of Mace Windu as well. Great job!:)
CommChatter chapter 7 . 9/24/2012
The council would do that. The part when Obi-Wan held Windu at lightsaber point made me laugh. Great job!
maryg92844 chapter 7 . 7/21/2012
What a great story. I liked the plot, and you were able to show all 3 personalities differently thru the way they think. And it was warm and funny, too. You made me feel compassion and concern for the Feorians, rather than just having them be accessories to the storyline. Thank you for writing it.

I find myself wondering what will happen when Obi and Qui do go back to visit the Feorians. Who are they? Will they be ever able to return to their homeland? Will you let us know? (hint: sequel)
time2read chapter 7 . 7/19/2012
Loved this fic but then again i like most of your writing i love obi wan and maces interactions write more stories like this!
rowen raven chapter 7 . 4/4/2012
Well I have to agree with Mace, Qui Gon doesn't deserve such loyalty, not if he abuses it that way. I get what he was trying to do, I do see his point of view, but it was sneaky and underhanded, and poor Obi Wan got drilled for it. That is something I love about him, he is all for rules and the code, but when push comes to shove, his loyalty is with his master not with the Order.

I like Mace's participating in this story, he adds a fresh point of view of the Jinn\Kenobi team. How the council sees them, and I love that he got to see first hand more or less, how their dynamics work, and a better understanding of their bound.

All in all it was funny and enlightening love the sarcasm and cynicism in all three of them, the first point of view is certainly more engaging and fun. This is one of the top favs for me.
