I like how you have K realize she's not the evil mutt, but also not the girl of his dreams either. I think that might be one of my biggest problems with the K&P relationship, like Peeta thinks he loves her, but he really doesn't even know her (that's why I found it so unbelievable! and love Gale so much more, Gale really does know K, so his love is real).

The twist with K being shot by her own side, that is great (and so much better than what happens in the book.) Great job with that.

And I also think you've got a good Prim here, I like her capable, mature, powerful self.

The action scene in the beginning was great and intense, and I'm loving how you're interweaving the text into your story. Katniss's reaction to the wedding is funny when she thinks they might be making her marry, and the beach scene is great at the end.

Since you've mentioned editing, I find the "I've got your back" references a bit heavy handed, and I'm not sure the "are you coming to the tree" line works for me in the last chapter, but I think it might be here, though I'm not sure if the two references are supposed to go together.

Love Gale's counterargument about K in the Games with the Careers (good catch with that logic) I wish he'd said that in the book.
