Reviews for Strength of Hope
Dino-Rogue chapter 1 . 6/16/2016
And it turns out it was the only answer he ever truly needed, for it all worked out in the end, by the Lion's grace.

Wow, you are right! They are simply not enough HHB fics in this site, let alone good, book-faithful, or gap-filling ones. You did your favorite Chronicle book more than justice. Brilliant piece!
Guest chapter 1 . 3/20/2016
Love this story thank you for posting it!
autistic cupcake chapter 1 . 3/3/2015
I liked it.
NBrokenShacklesN chapter 1 . 1/13/2014
I love this, it's so sweet. you should do a oneshot from Lunes POV during the battle at Anvard, when he saw Cor and Corin together again!
piccolabimba chapter 1 . 6/25/2013
I think Horse and His Boy is one of my favorite Narnia books. I like how you looked into Lune's thoughts on a situation written for action in the book. How could Lune not be questioning every blonde boy he sees for his lost one. I am glad that his prayer is answered in the end. :)
DisillusionedInDeath chapter 1 . 12/4/2012
Very well done. I felt that you stayed true to the characters, which I love! Excellent story.
CupCakeConundrum chapter 1 . 11/17/2012
Ok, that was awesome. So emotive and brilliantly written. I particularly liked that that last line: "A whisper of a roar in the wind was his only answer." Aslan hears you King Lune :)

panther ninja chapter 1 . 12/29/2011

Oh. Oh. Ohhhhhhhhhhh.
Flavio S chapter 1 . 12/28/2011
Nice one! I hope they had realized that shasta was missing in the book.

Great story.
Avia Tantella Scott chapter 1 . 12/24/2011
This was lovely! I've always wondered at Lune's reaction to Shasta, as there is so very little said about it in the book. You have a great sense of place in this piece, and it's wonderful how you've woven the history of Cor's abduction in with the happenings of his rediscovery. I particularly loved Lune's thoughts. Well done :)
rthstewart chapter 1 . 12/23/2011
This is one of the stories that makes you wonder, wait, why hasn't anyone done this before. This is a very nice look at Lune and he must have suspected the moment he saw Shasta and heard the dire warning. You've also developed a nice sense of the place with very good descriptions.
Lionheart Rising chapter 1 . 12/23/2011
Loved it! Poor Lune, he obviously loves Corin deeply, but still, it would be hard to see one son and not the other, especially when they were identical in appearance.

Merry Christmas
