You completely disappointed me at the end, in the sense that your story seemed to go off tangent. In the line where you said their second kiss was not sweet, I thought, "Oh, okay, so when they kiss again, they find out that too much had happened for them to be together, and so they just end up as friends, even though they thought that they were perfect as a couple. Which is non-canon compliant, but it's a wonderful plot. I'm going to read on."

But then you wrote the next bits, and even though it was extremely well-written and gripped me like you do, I didn't like it...
