I usually identify crack ship, ships that are so impossible to happen that they are very funny whenever l read about them. This is not a crack ship, this is totally a normal ship with hot people. Dan l didnt know stuff would start at the first chapter i dont know why but i expected this to be slow burn. Luckily it isnt

I never considered this pairing before, but your story totally ruled, I loved every bit of it, Beth, Faberry, Broadway, the sex, and especially seeing their relationship evolve. It was amazing to read and I spent a wonderful evening in the world of... Sheltana (?) with it, thank you!

Thank you for this story! And for coming back after so long to give these women their hard-earned happy ending! Sheltana is not my usual ship, but your title and summary convinced me to give this story a chance, and then your writing was so wonderful that I just had to keep reading. You did such a wonderful job showing the way these two women could be good for each other that I found myself wishing this was canon. Their exchange about making each other feel "invincible" is just beautiful, and it really resonates with me. It might be my new favorite bit of romantic dialogue in anything, ever.

What I also found compelling about your story is that you embraced and addressed the issues that a relationship between Shelby and Santana would certainly encounter-Shelby having to find a new job, Santana still needing to find herself, Shelby having some selfish (and ingrained from years of living alone) habits, Beth, the fact that they are both stubborn divas, etc. Writing the characters threw those problems rather than around them made their relationship feel more real as well as more precious-not all passionate romances endure the un-glamorous of the day-to-day.

I don't think I've ever been so excited about a fanfic update. Although I'm so sad it's over and the ending was so abrupt! Either way, it's one of my favourite fics!
