This story was terrible. It was boring, it was mopey, and it had very little to do with Adventure Time or Transformers despite the names of the characters. What was even the point of making this a crossover anyway? You spend so much time telling us the events that happened and how people feel, but you never really show us anything exciting or have any real meaningful dialogue, and therefore the story becomes more of a chore than an enjoyable story. I will say that your writing style is very good. You have a good grasp on detail and sentence structure, but that's simply not enough to make me like this story. Overall not a very good one. I'm sorry.

Transformers and Adventure Time. What a odd combination. It however works quite well. Really liked Finns and Marceline's interactions in this one. Very well written like all of your work.

PART ONE-OPTIMUS PRIME-INSERT FANGIRL SQUEE HERE

First and foremost-you did an excellent job of sliding from Transformers to Adventure Time, that said. Really great job in turning earth to Ooo-(hope that's how it's spelled.) Your description of the natural disasters and meteorites combined with the real destroyers of the planet was so well done. Especially considering you did it in only a few paragraphs. You set the tone for the story perfectly. You also did a great job of describing the utter desolation and loss of the world brilliantly. I never knew the name of Optimus' ship was the ark-Very fitting.

I love the part where the leader of the Autobots is remembering humanity.

["is also the leader of all his people, and he remembers this world. He remembers when it was a verdant planet abundant with life and beauty, thousands of years ago and his ancient heart breaks a little at the thought of beloved humanity nearly destroying itself']

This is pure awesome, you captured Optimus perfectly. I can almost see him so losing heart at what has happened. I also loved that you included the loss of the entire civilization except for Finn. And that you didn't leave the reader guessing on who or what caused Earth's end. Also, great job on including the loss of earth's resources. I haven't read many-well except for one Apocalypse type storyline-(Gee. I wonder what that would be?) But you did a good job decimating the planet and leaving the reader with a sense of devastation. You also did an excellent job of moving from Optimus' pov to the survivors. Seamlessly done. Very smooth. It was almost like watching Prime turn and look at the monitors where the survivors are. also, I love that you brought them in like this, but didn't change to their POV immediately. You still kept with Optimus. I think this is a good idea. It gives a subjective view of the two from our favorite Autobot. Really well done in keeping the descriptive words in Optimus' own mode of language.

[A male and a female. Both human - or, at least, the male is, and the female's biology suggests a modicum of humanity that make her close enough for it to work - and reasonably close in physical if not chronological age.]

See? Very well done.

[thinks to himself that he has failed humanity twice now: first he could not save them from themselves, and he could not save them from the destruction of the world.]

Two damn sentences kid and you can see how much he regrets and blames himself for his inability to save the world. Poor guy, he needs a hug.

[At the very least, then, he can protect and shepherd these two remnants of humanity.]

That's Optimus, never giving up-yay!

[He watches them, mourns for all that they have lost and all that could have been if not for this unspeakable tragedy, and his thoughts take a vengeful turn as he thinks of the torments the Decepticon's have surely earned. But such thoughts are not honorable and so he banishes them, while still vowing that there would be a reckoning for this evil.]

Okay, I have to say it.

YES, OPTIMUS-KICK THE CRAP OUT OF THEM!

That said, This paragraph is sooooo Optimus! You captured him perfectly. His sadness, what they have lost, his thoughts of revenge and then shame for dishonor and his promise of making those responsible pay for their crimes. His promise to punish them for their atrocities. BRILLIANT!

[He glances back at the room, does a double-take at the room before admitting it's quite pretty but still reminds himself to send a reprimand to whoever thought that it would have been a good idea to let Wheeljack in charge of the table setting.]

This was perfect. You managed to take a serious, thoughtful moment and totally turn it light and fluffy with one sentence-AWESOME! You have any idea how hard it is to do that. Awesome. I don't even really know much about Wheeljack but it still was a perfect moment. Again. Awesome.

PART TWO-FINNCELINE

[Marceline, floating high above the slowly milling crowd of refugees, was more or less in the perfect position to see it. It was pretty dang cool to look at, even with the persistent numbness that made it hard to apprciate anything-Gone gone gone, everyone and everything is GONE-]

You caught the reader with Marceline from the very first sentence. again light and fluffy to dark and devastated in one line. You're on a roll!

[new phase of suckitude.]

I love this. So very Marceline.

[She wondered blankly how long it would be before she might go mad with the enormity of it.]

With the next paragraph, you sent the reader right back to the horror and desolation, made them feel what she was feeling. You did such a good job with this that when I first read the story, I thought she was alone. I completely forgot that Finn was here also.

[The other one who had survived with her was probably the only thing keeping her sane, and her gratitude for his presence was something she didn't think she'd ever be able to put into words.]

And then when she sees him, there is a profound sense of relief that she is totally alone, she has him. You worked your audience well! The line that it might make a good song-totally her! Really good job of describing that she used to be a queen without making her seem to have a superiority class distinction. That's a really fine line. Very few authors could have pulled that off as easily as you did. Also, I gotta say, cool damn clothes! Black trenchcoat, ragged purple shirt and the cargo pants with the missing leg! Awesome clothing for her and very in character!

[she went down magnificently, adorned in her own metal shell of weapons and armor, and she had finally fallen with a smile on her face and a lucky blast from a one-eyed horror with a voice like a chainsaw, she had fallen on a pile of her enemy's bodies. She was a good ruler to the end.]

Good job on Bonnibel-character really kinda gets on my nerves, but the way you handled her death-dying a very heroic death-made me and I'm sure other non-bonnibel-likers, like her much more than before the reader began the story. Good Job, as I said.

Finnceline

[followed from where he had been waiting for her, silent and shaking and so close to falling apart as he had been ever since their rescue.]

Good job on setting Finn's mood in the first sentence-how hard he's taking what has happened. I also like how you immediately went back to Marceline's happiness that he was eating. It sets the mood of their relationship for readers who aren't familiar with the shipping. Also a great emotional moment for Marceline. And the line about refusing to lose Finn as she has lost everything else. It also shows her refusal to give up, lay down and die because of what they've been through and it you did good in showing that no matter what, she wouldn't let herself be broken.

[blonde hair under her hand, pulse rising so fast and hard it's like putting her skin to fire and not being burned, her hand shifts down his neck and over his shoulder and sides and finally stopping at his hips, holding fast and hard enough to show him her bone-pulverizing strength but soft enough so he wasn't hurt, and she lifts him up to her eye level, turquiose eyes fixed on his blue like a predator on willing prey and he smiles back, so vulnerable and soft and good and she latches her mouth over his and kisses; he's like sunlight that doesn't burn, the smell and feel of everything good in the world and oh Glob, she needs him-]

Damn! It's like PG13 porn! 'Holy Crap'.

You did a fantastic job of describing the urgency and tension and the need; the intensity. Don't know what else to say, except-beautifully done!

['clothes that he seemed to have picked specifically because they were like Marceline's, only all various shades of red.']

I am not sure you planned it, but the previous line gives me the idea that he chose the color of the clothing based on not just looking like her, but in case she became in need of the red because of the vampiric part of her. This was very symbolic and an excellent way to show his concern for her well-being just as she did with needing to make sure he ate. Great job in getting both of their emotions and concern for each other in their own classic styles, and the use of completely different examples for their concern of each other.

The scene where Marceline is trying to tamp down on her despair and terror of her being unable to stop her emotions from tearing her apart, you did a really good job of showing that as much as she is trying to be strong, she's terrified if she let's go, she'll lose it completely. Also awesome job of her realization that they were both falling apart, but their connection was each other's lifeline. I love when you show the back and forth of both, one frail, one strong and then a switch. Each being what the other needs at a given time. All without words. It just is. The urgency and need just pours from the characters. You did such an excellent job of conveying the loss and desperation, but also the idea that as long as they are together, they can get through whatever happens.

I wanted to mention the scene where they are sitting to eat, and she starts needing to feed on the color. It's a good way to show what she is capable of without resorting to it because of Finn. Your ability to switch from intense emotions to fluff. Again, well done. Especially after her grabbing of his wrist and the appearance of her fangs. Very well done that you show even with this part of her coming to the surface, he's still very unconcerned and all with one sentence. I also really liked that he just shifted, unconcerned about what she was doing and either of them uncaring that others were gathered around. Very 'no one else matters or exists except for the two of them.

Awesome Death scene for Jake. I loved that it came at the hands of psycho rampage. Tearing his head off.

Totally badass, Dean Winchester would be proud! Jake's another character that I kind of like-kind of gets on my nerves but
