I just wanted to say: wow. Just that.
I know this story is old and I don't know if you still read comments on here, but I just had to say that you made me very happy and very sad with this story. I feel like crying and I don't know why. It is so heavy, almost every single line, and so beautifully written.
Thank you for this. One of my favourite fanfictions ever (and I have probably read thousands). This one sticks out.

Can I just say how much I love that little poem at the beginning. Did you write it or is it just a poem you found? Cause it is Brilliant.

My favorite thing somebody has ever said is "And who the hell combines Nathaniel Hawthorne and Shakespeare?", from chapter 6 5th line up from the bottom. Sorry just gotta cite where it came from.

I really loved your writing, your characterization of Remus, and the relationship between Sirius and Peter in this fic, oddly. [That's a friendship that is important to me and that I rarely see depicted, like, at all.] Not to mention just the fact that Peter was an actual equal part of the group dynamic.

I read this in its entirety in one sitting, your words were poetic, and the story was beautifully woven. Sirius' obsession for the lights of Soho was such a beautiful aspect of the story and I absolutely loved their transition into a relationship, it was natural. This was honestly one of the best fan fictions I've ever read, congratulations.

I'm dead and this fic is heaven.

Wow! I loved this whole story so much oh my god ! I really can't put it into words just well done! I just loved how like subtle Remus/Sirius were...and how like naturally they evolved into a relationship (‿) Beautifully written, would love to see a sequel ;P

Sweeney Todd! Literally only just begun the story, and I love you already!

Ohh this was wonderfully written! I really loved it. The cadence of it was magnificent and it had me sort of hypnotised. Beautiful story and great narration style. I liked that the narration was somehow impersonal, yet one could feel the longing very strongly. Bravo!

That was amazing! While I hare Peter, I like how you actually made him a valuable asset to their team. I sort-of liked him here* shudders* Most importantly though, is the fact that you did a brilliant job with Sirius and Remus. Amazing work!
