Cute chapter but not as nearly as cute as it could've been.

You could've elaborated on Shizuo's feelings to help distinguish a disarray he must've felt when he was 'helped' for readers. I love how you put Izaya into his thoughts. Even if he's distracted, he still is determined to get Izaya. LOL. Hope that didn't sound yao-like (I don't like yaoi anyways).

Anyways, my main concern is where exactly is this story heading? This chapter seems like an excuse for character development.

Concept is great and all but it's a little hard to read when each chapter is three huge chunks of writing. Remember that dialogue gets its own paragraph and fanfic readers get turned off if the writers don't write in an easy to read format. But I think your writing mechanics is good, plot line is marvelous so keep trying and updating.
