The sick and twisted way he thought was cool but I think maybe a bit more details and a longer story would have helped to really get into the story. You know, normally i'd hate these kind of twisted fics because there's no happy ending. And an insane Sasuke to THAT degree normally just isn't all that appealing. But like... idk, I like this. I'm a little bit confused by the end there, where she says 'who are you?" but it could be that she just couldn't recognize him anymore. Well, who would, right? lol. It was nice, twisted and seriously fucked up, but very nice!

Though I still firmly believe Sasuke would never truly be able to hurt her... at least, not with her looking at him.

You're really good in the horror genre, I think I might attempt and write one soon, but from seeing this-holy crap I don't know if I could even compare to this, LOL. Angst is one thing for me, but horror is a whole new story. I do have a sick mind, but I'm not sure how to put it into words. xD But anyways I'm going off topic but, really.
