This was such a great story—I couldn't stop reading!
Dean's hell flashbacks were so real and so sad! Perfect!

This story is sooo good, descriptive and captivating that I couldn't stop reading! I even ended a night out with my friends real early so I could get back to it for the remainder of the night!
And it wasn't until Mark and Dean fall through the cave wall that my mind consciously told me "I remember this. This is familiar" and then it wasn't until the rescue search party on the snow cats that it said "I definitely remember this. I have read this before". So I'm very pleased to say that this has obviously been a pleasant and magnificent ride now just as the first time I read it.
I only wish you had written a bit more about the recovery time. It was a little bit disconcerting to read a talking and walking Dean, when my mind had been used to the image of him so badly hurt. It was quite the mind jump and I kind of missed that progress too. But even that I loved it.
Congratulations again! I'm off to read more of your stories!

Excellent first chapter and set-up, which really makes me want to read on. And the writing is very good, readable and mostly error free except for the lack of punctuation in the dialogue. Other than that really nice job. Although perhaps nice ain't the right word to use. ;)

Great story! :) The way you wrote your OCs made me care about them and hope they don't die. (too bad most of them did hahah) Loved the brotherly bonds in this story! Wish we could have seen more about what happened to Sherry-Anne and the others after they were rescued, as well as Sam and Dean's recovery (and maybe a heart-to-heart chat?). Aww poor Dean really took a beating! If he had to get x-rays I wonder how they would have explained the markings on his rib cage?

Anyway, thanks for writing! Enjoyed the story from start to finish :)

And then, I was stunned to see your announcement about your novel, because I had read the same thing just a few hrs ago on FB...So, the newly published author, and the ringleader (snicker) of the FB SPN page are one and the same! I am but one of the many subscribers to your page, and now I have fallen in love with your writing, too!
This story was chilling; beautifully descriptive. Too descriptive; I may not be able to go to sleep now! Your encouragement about writing is something I need to hear. I write spn fic too, but have been too cowardly to step out of my comfort zone and write for the masses.
