Very nice story. I like how you only reveal a little information at a time, it helps to build the suspense. You did a great job showing William's worry throughout this piece without breaking his character.

The romance between Grell and Will is well written. I like that you chose to use she and her when referring to Grell as that is how Grell would prefer. That last paragraph where William tells her that there's nothing to be ashamed of and how the scar proves her to be one of the strongest reapers is so sweet. Also nice job with the kiss at the end.

Good work with having Will compare Grell to how she was back in the academy days to now. It's sweet that he decides that he loves her how she is now.

You might consider telling why Ronald and Grell were attacked in the first place. Sebastian attacking the reapers makes sense, but why would Undertaker hurt them? He doesn't seem like the type who would hurt anyone. Some details on the attack would add more to the drama.
