...basically everyone but buffy get's powered up...just like 90% of the Halloween fics I've found a nd the whole buffy is op'ed already excuse is total B.S as EVERY 'big bad' fight buffy's been in has either been won by the very skin of her teeth or has ended with her dead at least twice {master killed her but xander revived her via CPR a few minutes later, and defeating glory and jumping off of the tower to seal the portals before earth goes bye bye only to be pulled from heaven months later} so she's not op'ed not even close seeing as all it'll take is for the vamps or other demons to group up in order to defeat/kill her
