To be honest this is confusing as hell, you've made up an entire 'new' universe complete with new alien's and added whole barrel full of OC's that are thrown in left and right, all in the very first chapter. Very little exposition(explanation) on what the hell is even going on, anywhere, as is it's like watching random 15 second clips of a TV show's entire season and being able to understand the plot. (we can't)

I think you should slow down, slow WAY down and set up the stage for this story more thoroughly, I.E. what's already in this chapter could be spread across two, or perhaps three.

Put bluntly, it seems rushed, incoherent and incomplete.(this chapter)

The idea itself, the premise, however is really quite interesting and I wish you luck in fleshing out your story.
