Depending on when this is set, a little extra chapter afterwards would be awesome. Something along the lines of Gabe popping in and going "Hey Deano, run a quick check ove rmy wings for me, would ya?" And it takes a few minutes for it to settle in Dean's mind just exactly what Gabe's asking for.

But seriously, you made an awkward Dean amazing, especially with the revelation that he *does* like Cas that way after all.

That was.. Great. :) I thoroughly enjoyed this :) I still don't understand what Castiel was trying to say about his wings and deans soul. It might be helpful if there was something explaining castiels traditions. Or it might just be that I'm confused. But I loved obliviously jealous Dean :)

My favourite part was the view into Dean's head. His 'thought processes'. Its like a crazy circus in there! Hilarious! The way you protrayed that was brilliant. It was fabulous when Cas realises whats going on before Dean does. I love that they are both finally on the same wavelength at the end.
