I love this story.

Thank you! It's one of those very few fanfictions which stay true to the original in a sense of style and credibility among other things. That's what I would call a Real Fanfiction. It's so masterfully planned (I don't mean it literally of course) especially after reading the first chapters of your sequel and knowing where you are taking this story further. I'm genuinely surprised - and I mean it in the best way possible, in no way referring to any of your previous works as this is the first one I've come across - and intrigued. I'm going back to Angels Awaking! Thanks again!

Just gotta ask, did you post this story in a different Version earlier where Patrick does jump and also passes out when they ask him to be pope? I distinctly remember reading something like this with the same title ( I think ) the first time I saw the movie and it would be interresting to read that Version again to compare the differences as you've now turned it into a series. Love the New story by the way and the direction you are taking it and I can see why you made the changes to the first to advance the plot. It could also be I'm on a Wild goose Chase and have no idea what I'm talking about since it's been several years since I first read the story. In which case I hope you'll forgive the intrusion ( still love the story though :-))

Great fic, man! I always wished the camerlengo had been the good guy. Ewan's portrayal in the film, I too, thought was great! :D
