NGL, saying Sirius doesn't get a relationship because canon and then putting Amelia Bones in a relationship the very next chapter felt cheap. Like all this other job canon stuff happening since page 1 and my boy Sirius can't get a girlfriend?

I like the base of this story but I think you made them too young. Throwing words like love and he’s a man, is hard to accept for a 12yr old. And the connections he is building with different people are lightening fast. I am enjoying the bones of this story and hoping it makes more sense to me as I read on. Good job and keep going
