Very good, especially in the little, physical details of description.
Subtle, quiet but still deep and moving...

Great story.
You managed to describe the tension so intense that I actually caught myself worrying if he would come back at all. Well, we all know he would, but still.
And the way Albus deals with his feelings - so in-canon.
And one more thing. Although there are tons of fics with graphic descriptions of violence and tortures, in reality there are very few who can describe pain and make the reader feel it. And in this story, you did just that, you made me almost cry without even using the words "pain" or "hurt".
Thank you for that! I am truly impressed.

I like the Doctor Who reference at the start (massive Doctor Who fan). The story itself is very well written, and you've captured the personalities really well.

Hello - I'm very impressed considering you say it was unbetaed and a little rusty - the characterisation of both Albus and Severus was spot on, something that is difficult to do, and I also liked how it was soft and gentle, rather than incredibly angsty. You said much about Albus and Severus' relationship just from the way they sat together, and it was very well done indeed! I think Severus would fight to hide his vulnerability, but Albus would of course see straight through it. All in all, excellent and I look forward to reading more of your work should you continue in the Albus and Severus domain!

Love this premise and I'm interested to see where it goes :) Really, really wished that snapes meetings with the death eaters (and the consequences) had been explored more in the books so really enjoying this so far :D Please Update soon and keep it up.
