You got the name wrong but there is such a disorder. Some people will continue to live for years after it starts. Some eventually die because even bodily functions start to malfunction. It is a hard thing to watch and families that continue to care for them are truly the strongest people in the world. This story made me cry.

This hits real close to home with me. It brings up a lot of emotions because my Grandpa had dementia before he died, and he couldn't remember anyone but his wife. He asked about her every time we visited, and would even pack his things thinking we were there to take him home. This is a great little story, though. :)
