This story was really well done, all the different aspects it touched on. The imagery in certain parts especially, and the subtle references really made it a wonderful read.

Lovely, tantalizing use of imagery and character depiction. More serious than most oneshots. I feel that America's personality was developed realistically even though I suspect he is slightly ADD. Mexico was well portrayed in my opinion, and very thoughtful. I think the controvercy of gay rights might contribute more to Alfred's hesitation than Pablo might have considered, though that's rather understandable given the prejudice to Hispanics in the US. Overall beautiful story.

USxMEX relationships...so depressing.
