| Phosphorescent chapter 1 . 8/22/2011 Gah, I love the idea of Castle as a romance novelist on the side; it's completely believable given what we know of his character. (And I love that he donated the money from his bodice-rippers to charity.) It also makes complete sense that Beckett would be a fan of everything that Castle's written... even when she didn't know it. Your dialogue is wonderful; snappy, in-character, and humorous. | Fictional Mind chapter 1 . 8/15/2011 Awww that's actually a really cute one-shot. I have to say that it was kind of predictable for me that Castle is actually Beauchamp, too. Probably just because I've read the Nikki Heat books, though, and therefore know that Rook wrote some books using a female name :D But the way you made them sit together (and have Beckett lose the bet and therefore go out with Castle the next day) is very cute. Your writing is very nice, too. So thanks for sharing the story with us :) I really liked reading it :) xx |
