I like the idea behind the story. What kills me is that its obviously going to go the incest route and I swear 1x2 is the only time I'm cool with that. Here's to what looks like the makings of a great story though.

Waitwaitwait... you've sort of promised a 1x2 pairing. And they are also brothers? Give us an incest warning, please! And you might want to clarify which parts (I'm guessing not that), are based on your life.

I haven't read a story that dealt with autism before and I'm interested to see where this is going. I'm hoping for longer chapters, and that the tone doesn't devolve into preachy-ness. I'll be reading!
