This was a great story, and I really liked it!
I also liked how you didn't spend 20 minutes describing each character while also giving them a look and a personality.
I do have to say however the US bought Alaska in 1867, not the 1950's as that's when Alaska became a STATE. (It was a territory before that.)
But this was really entertaining to read, and personally, I'm happy this didn't turn out to be USUK.
