shortcomings chapter 1 . 11/28/2015
This is an amazing story. You write in second person really well.
OrchidJen chapter 1 . 6/1/2012
I just finished CoLS, and am kicking myself for never seeing the amazingness of this couple before. The second part was my favorite. You portrayed them perfectly, and I love the reoccuring "thank you-what for?" . Makes it flow together so nicely.
sophia666 chapter 1 . 8/29/2011
I'm so in love with this pairing... they're both such complex, loveable, humorous characters, and I love their growing relationship, which you really showed well here. great writing. it was very sweet. :)
PennyOfTheWild chapter 1 . 7/3/2011
*grumbles* s'not fair you make romance looks so easy. You write them both absolutely wonderfully, and everything flows together so well - and it just isn't FAIR.

I loved the theme, and each of these little drabbles is wonderful - but I liked the second one best. Simon's mother needs more love.

Thank you so much for sharing!
frustrated fireworks chapter 1 . 7/3/2011
This is freaking sweet and this is just /so/ them.

I love when Simon's mom taught Isabelle how to cook.

Idk what to say anymore, but you are a wonderful writer.

GracefullyFallingDown chapter 1 . 7/2/2011
Your narrative is so interesting and my heart was breaking to when Isabelle was learning and she and Simons mom were both so happy and in sinc... And that bit about blood and lasagna was so simple and sweet and so amazingly well written. I love this. It's like a piece of art.
Blue Lily96 chapter 1 . 7/1/2011
This was really really good! I loved it :)

Blue.
Masquerading with Shadows chapter 1 . 7/1/2011
Jesus, I almost feel like crying at all of this, which is ridiculous I know, but you manage to add such a sad undertone to everything you write. You've made Simon/Izzy such a bittersweet couple, how they're both so hesitant and careful.

All of it is incredibly in character. I can definitely imagine the first scene - and the last line is absolutely amazing. The second scene basically broke my heart and I'm not really sure why, but the little touches about both of their mothers was gorgeous. As for the third one, I loved how you contrasted Simon's anxiety with Izzy's snarkiness at the end, plus how it tied in with the Hallejuah lyric was brilliant.

Basically, I loved this, and you continue to absolutely blow me away with your stories.
turtleducklings chapter 1 . 7/1/2011
I'm kind of really loving that you're doing Project PULL, because this means more fic from you, which is always lovely. And I'm also really loving how much TMI/Simon you're writing too, because that is even more lovely.

[Isabelle sits down across from you and serves herself a piece of lasagna, sun-yellow sheets and mozzarella and homemade sauce, because it did turn out fine after all. You say, "I thought that was for Jace and Alec," but she gives you a look and you drop it.

So she eats Italian and you drink blood, and it might be one of your better dates.]

Gahh, this. I reallyreally love how you write these two; they are just, perfection. Also, the second-person worked beautifully in this.

Honestly; fantastic job. But I really didn't expect anything less from you ;)
