i missed that bit about tyler telling jeremy to write his king and jeremy telling tyler that he could not_ jeremy was still being truthful cause he was the king but tyler didn't know that- so took jeremy's refusal as betrayal_ and then when tyler discovers his mistake afterwards_ that was all really brilliant drama and smartly done. i didn't get it until tyler got it.

it's too bad he can't offer tyler political asylum or sanctuary- maybe even make him an ambassador to his court for their countries to make treaty. but you made it sound like tyler's men turned on him- so where does tyler go now-guess i gotta read the next chapter to find out.

a dramatic story- an emotional story- well told- good dialogs

This certainly is Captivating. It is Stunning. I've read published work, along the lines of vampire princes in forbidden Love ala Romeo and Romeo in opposing kingdoms, (Very popular, the genre, it seems. I can see why though.) done not as well as this. Thank you for writing this!

Tyler's confusion is so adorable. Seriously.

Love that the boys were reunited and that the misunderstanding about Elena being Jeremy's wife was cleared.

I adore the way the kingdom just loved how Jeremy was more happy since Tyler arrived and didn't cause an uproar about the little details. Their love for their King truly shows.

You may not have said Happily Ever After, but you sure a heck gave it to us. I am so glad that you did. I was really rooting for them when I found this fic. I was afraid we wouldn't see more and when you started this chapter I knew it was Elena somehow and I wasn't thinking he was going to die, and I was right, thank the gods. Your love scene was worded differently than I expected but given the setting it was just right. Sure, everyone here who knows me knows I'm a smut fiend but this was excellent. I got a heart pang when they got to finally, after so much time, confess at last their longing and love... and live happily as former king and former prince, now two men in love... ever after.
