I liked this story it was a good way to combine the two universes, and it really showed the flaws of the Federation.

It works so well. To my mind it should be cannon! Best story I have read in ages! Thanks for all your time and love you put into this. I wish it could be published!

No that's simply not true, unless close to a sun there will be a rapid decrease in temperature, and I guess that would be bad if an android had any kind liquids in them or other things that couldn't handle extreme cold.

After this bit, why would it just ignore her rather than deal with the intruder, the Borg is in the middle of a fight, and the basic concept of infiltrators shouldn't be anything new to them:

"You are inferior, not worthy to join the collective," it said finally.

"I'm willing to start out at the bottom!" the Buffybot said. "I'm a very hard worker."

The drone ignored her and walked past her.

I'm wondering why Buffybot (she really needs her own name at this point) doesn't ask Buffy to hold hands or something, she seems to benefit greatly from being in contact with Buffy.
