Waaah! This was great! Too bad it ended so abruptly though, I love it!

Ur story was really cute and I enjoyed it. I've been trying to find stories like these and I'm glad I found this good one. I wish there were more chapters though.. I can't get enough of it!

I think the end was a little rushed but I will overlook it as your story was awesome.

I'm not a rabid fan of Naruto but I thought that your portray of the characters was good. I can see Kakashi being completely indifferent to what people say about his relationship with Ume. And Kurenai and Asuma desesperatly trying (and failing) to hide theirs. :-)
The end is a little rushed, and I would have like to know more about their life after she was so badly injured. But I feel the same each time a good story ends. I would like to continue reading.

Kurenai would probably like Ibiki more if she got to meet him in person. After all, she is a genjutsu specialist-which focuses on the mind and manipulation.

I really enjoyed this story. Your writing is great, emotional and descriptive, and Kakashi and the others are spot on. I love Ume, and her being an ANBU captain was great, since you gave us an insight in the organization, which I think you did really well. The secrets, and Kakashi knowing how it works, and the prospect of dying without anyone knowing, and the responsability. Great. You really got me with all the feelings, and their actions, it felt very alive and well thought-out.
And their relationship was great. I normally prefer "falling in love" stories to established realtionships, but how you wrote it was great, because there was still development, from simple friends with benefits to real partners, with them denying it at first and everyone realizing it before them. Very cute. Also him being worried about her, but not wanting to interfere with her life and then taking care of her. The hurt/comfort was lovely.
The whole plot was, too, with her being injured and repressing her memories to help her recover and how you included her in the canon plotline. All very nicely done and realistic.
The ending was a bit abrupt, though. The whole situation with them lieing to her was resovled a bit too quickly, I thought. I was expecting a bit more of a conflict, drama and tears, and maybe a scene with her and Kakashi alone (maybe even where they officially confess their love, even though the implied version was great, too). I guess I would have liked one more scene, there. :)
But the ending with her becoming the commander of ANBU was great, perfectly well done to resolve her feelings of uselessnes and everything. :)
I really enjoyed your story and Ume was very likeable and realistic, strong without being overpowered. Perfect. I think you're a great writer and I'd love to read more form you in the future. :)

Surprisingly good.

Good story, but this doesn't give the reader a sense of finality or ending. It doesn't feel like a complete work.

This was a fun story to read, the ANBU were professional but not overly uptight. I liked Ume because she was realistic, and her relationship with Kakashi was amusing. Not overly romantic, but not angsty or dramatic either, it was good. Thanks for an entertaining piece!

I would have liked a better ending though... with some "I love you"'s or something :(

Just stayed up all night reading all 13 chapters cuz I couldn't wait to see what would happen next ! I would of finished sooner had I not kept falling asleep since I only got 3 hours of sleep the night before lol Please say you will update soon I can't wait to see what happens next and a little more kakashi/Ume lovin would be awesome ! LOl Can't wait for more ... I am hooked )

What's going on you can't just stop the story there. We haven't even heard kakashi say that he loves her, despite the fact that we know that. I feel like this is a bit incomplete because of it (no confessions of love). This is an amazing story please do a one shot just to give it a nice and complete ending.

That Jonin-sensei story had me giggling. It was perfect and very entertaining! Overall the chapter was good and it's nice to see a supportive Kakashi that's still within his personality boundaries. Great job!
