Your writing is beautiful. It evokes so much feeling. It honestly takes me to another place.

And the story..the song messages back and forth. His calling her relationship with his mom. His regretting teaching his siblings about Star Wars. I loved it SO much:)

But; by far, my favorite scene was their conversation at Breadsticks. I kid you not, I had my hands out, like I was going to reach across a table and tell 'San' that everything was ok. It was perfect. In every single detail.

I love the song, the lyrics fit her so perfectly! I think your second chapter is much better than the first, its definitely got me glued into the story in a way that the first chapter couldn't quite do. I'm intrigued as to why Santana let herself appear so weak for once in such a public way (Facebook) but it works for the story.. Other than that I like Sam and Santana together and am looking forward to see how you bring them together :)

This was the line that I loved the most. I felt like I've had moments like that, and I really connected with how Santana was feeling in that moment. I loved Sam rushing over when no one else responded. I love the mystery of Cristina, I love their SPH party and the confessions and the changing in front of Sam and the song that makes Santana cry.

Which I will now be buying on iTunes, of course.

I've said it before, but I don't think I explain it well. There is something about your writing that is so stark and beautiful. You don't throw in a million adjectives, and make it all gushy and weepy, but Santana, crying as the song plays on...the emotion of it took my breath away.
