I like the concept you’re going for, but the writing could be better. There are also some grammatical errors and confusing moments where I don’t know which character I’m following. I am still in the early chapter however so I’ll go a bit further to make a full personal judgement.

Soifon should have annihilated Tsunade. It doesn't make any sense why she couldn't pierce her. She is a shinigami for crying out loud! A literal death god! Ninjas on the other hand are humans.

i see some heavy bias towards bleach i mean the tsukuyomi isnt a normal genjutsu normal ,outside pain wont actually free you from the tsukuyomi only getting past the time limit ,another sharingan with mangekyo ,eternal mangekyo or a rinnengan can do that

ok so i like how this is going yet u got to work on madara as he seems kinda like a nerfed nerdy copy that speaks of everything without being arrogant which is not like madara and his sharingan completely negates illusions plus if its after his "death" at the hands of hashirama then he should be an edo tensei or obito in disquise but both already have access to eternal mangekyo sharingan and the rinnengan (specially madara whom mixed his dna with hashirama during his life cicle to obtain it but he didnt activate it till later in his life after his fight with hashirama which let him regain his vision after he used a technique that destroyed his eyes (the izanagi) but yeah my point is u need to buff madara and make him more of a calculative as$hole and less of a skimpy nerd whom yells every attack he is gonna dothey dont say ninja technique3generic attack , no they just attack they only ever say their ninjutsu ,genjutsu and if they have projectile abilities that come from their kekke genkai then they they say the name but if its just physical attacks they dont yell out the names unless your rock lee or might guy whom are only capable of using taijutsu so they had to learn things like the eight inner gates )
