I was considering continuing this, because it's very well written and has an interesting plot, but the way you are portraying them and their relationship doesn't make sense to me at all. Usually I have some sort of insight into the characters by chapter 19 and can reasonably well predict how they would feel about something, but your characters feel so inconsistent in the way they are portrayed (to me) that I couldn't even give you two adjectives per character that would fit them.
Not having an in into a story this long is really frustrating. I really appreciate your work though and I think it's super cool that you managed to write such a long story.

I couldn't tear my eyes from your story for several days and nights, and seriously, I now have bags under my eyes from sleep deprivation, but I don't regret it at all! The story is wonderful, the plot is very intriguing, and in whole it's so much more than just about Johnlock. It's about how it is important and hard to follow your own dream, how it is hard but essential to balance your own desires and what is expected from you. Sometimes it is so hard not to lose yourself...
Also I'd like to mention some things and characters which made me scream from happiness.
1. John and Sherlock's dirty talk. It's just AWESOME! (ahehehe, I really envy your boy/girl friend :D)
2. Mycroft!
3. Mycroft and John's kiss! (I know, I'm pervert)
4. Jim Moriarty. He is an IDEAL obsessed villain here!
5. Jim's fatasies about Sherlock while doing things with Marty (have I already mentioned I'm pervert? :D)
I must say I also very much liked background characters: Ben Greer, Marty Hester, John's parents, Mr. Hurst and Mr. Harvey. They are very well written characters who make the plot so much interesting.

I used to watch Sherlock, Supernatural, etc. in middle school, and back then I read some Sherlock fan fiction. I don’t anymore, but I have recently been questioning my sexuality. I remembered this fanfic, tried to find it, started reading the wrong one, realized it was the wrong one halfway through, finished reading the wrong one because i was already halfway through, wasn’t that impressed by it in the end, found the right fanfic (this one), started reading this, and loved it so much. Oh my gosh, reading this fic after that crap just- the disparity is huge. Everything is spot on- the writing, the character, the plot, the smut, holy shit. You must be an author or journalist or just a talented storyteller. Well, just wanted to share a funny little story! I really enjoy your craft.

Wonderful new angle on this series! Ups and downs and teenage angst and drama abound but still holding the charm that is the lovely characters we know. You've done extremely well!

Well I finished it. It was quite hard to continue at moments, not because of the extreme amount of bullying (which was horrible), but because of Sherlock's stupidness (and John's, but it's more forgivable). I didn't feel like they were in charactertoo much cowardice in everybody, stupidity, lack of communication (which is stupid, but a bit in character) but really, too much stupidity from Sherlock that I could bear. It seems none of his decisions were intelligent. And there wasn't a single deduction in the whole story, which is really a shame in my opinion for a story this long.

And also, the little cliffhangers were a bit of a pain in the a**. I usually like it, but when it's interesting and the answer is given nearly right away at the beginning of the next chapter. Not when it's 2 chapters later, that we don't care anymore, and when we figure that it's not even interesting...

I'm sorry I didn't really like your story, despite your good writing and the obvious efforts you put in it. The bullying, Moriarty, the stupidness of the team and the horror of this kind of school were really really good written though. I liked these aspects of the story. Moriarty was espacially well written. In fact, my main problem was Sherlock (and John, a bit), the rest was fine. But you'll understand that it's a bit detrimental...

Very well written fic. Despite the truly upsetting levels of harassment and bullying by the students and the insane criminal negligence of the adults, I'm really glad I read this, well done!

Really enjoyed this story until Sherlock cheated on John... more or less twice. It's well written and the characters are all so well formed but I just personally can't read and enjoy declarations of love/affection after someone has cheated for no reason whatsoever - they end up ringing rather false.
