A very original premise, it's a nice change to see Sarah as the cutesy owl and Jareth the oblivious one who takes her in. A good way for Sarah to get to know him. I can imagine them sometimes flying together again as a couple

This is lovely. This is also quite refreshing as I've not read a premise like this before where both are owls and flying together or indeed one where she wishes and ends up as an owl. A delightful way for them to get reacquainted.
