Many months ago, I read this, before I was reading your fics just because I knew they were yours (and therefore good) and it helped a lot, considering I was... home sick.

The entire concept of the clan as an entire family is what I really like.

That and your stories are so good I've read and re-read all of them (except for the Kenshin, but thats just because I've yet to find any of that show on DVD in my local anime shop) and continue to do so to this day.

I actually think that the incoherency of this piece is what gives it it's power. And the fact that you were sick when you wrote it. (Sorry to hear that by the way. I hope you feel better soon. ) Reading this shortfic gives the reader a feeling of being sick as well, and in the position to empathize with Tim. Good descriptive passages here. Being able to empathize with Tim over his illness also allows us to empathize with him over the loss of his Mother, as the two are irrevocably connected in his fever stricken brain. Very nice connection. And a very nice character piece on Tim. Great job.
