I hope to leave more detailed reviews later when I have more time, but for now I'll just say I LOVED this fic. You captured the Guy/Sheriff dynamic perfectly (even though my headcanon for their backstory is a little different), and it's fascinating to read their interaction in a post-3x05 situation where the Sheriff's psychological hold over Guy has been largely broken. Lots of nice touches with Isabella and Bertha, too, and you really nailed Vaisey's "voice." You should post this to the Vaisey community on LiveJournal - too bad Intercomm submissions are limited to fics under 10,000 words!
