As if the actual show wasn't sad enough. I think this captures the bittersweet feeling that was such an instrumental part of the series, and the theme that House can never enjoy lasting happiness.

Cried that tplug was pulled and no way he did not wake up after 9 months. Had to be brain dead before she would have pulled the plug and probably hardest decision she ever would have to make to the shell of is body only living from being kept on life support.

YOU SUCK SYD. OMG WHY. WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME. THIS IS VERY EMOTIONAL AND IT MADE ME EMOTIONAL AND UGH. YOU'RE FLAWLESS.

Beautiful story although I'm crying like crazy! On the one side yes they got married and had a daughter on the other side heartbreaking! Poor Cuddy I can't even imagine what she must feel. This better NEVER EVER happen on the show! Loved your writing!

1) I like the way you chose to write this, no dialogue, all description. I feel like it makes it even more dramatic

So, so, so sad. I loved how Wilson was there to support Cuddy and help her with the girls. I also loved how you continued House and Cuddy's story, ten years together and a new child. You rock at the angst!

Ok, not gonna lie, I teared up!

Wow, it's delicately heartbreaking. I don't have much words to describe this, I can only tell you i've been the teenage daughter brought to the hospital to see her comatose father for the last time, so I can really see how it was for the girls and Cuddy. It is an incredibly sad ending for these two, something coming out of nowhere, neither of them could prevent. Plus, it flows perfectly smooth, your writing just captures the mood of it. This is a nice, nice job and I need a napkin.

So very tragic. Very well-written, though. Enjoyed it, even though it was sad.
