I had seen this story a while back but hadn't decided to read it. I wasn't sure I wanted to read what sounded like a dark dreary story. But I decided tonight to read it.

I'm so glad I did. It really brought a lot of stuff to the book story and we know they knew he'd told Rose about Spokane, I figured he had not got away without something happening about it.

I just wanted to tell you I thought you did a very good job telling Dimitri's side. I loved this last chapter. It made me want to go hug my husband. I needs a heart transplant but with everyone going on in his body I don't know they'll ever actually put him on the list. We don't do stuff together any more and I miss him a lot, emotionally miss him. I felt so close to tears throughout this last chapter. It broke my heart for Dimitri when they finally found where the group was. Knowing where Rose was and not knowing if he'd get to her in time. Then getting to the street and finding Christian and Eddie, then Mia.

Then as they came up to the house it was quiet, so very eerily quiet. When he looked in and saw her laying there, blood everywhere, I think his heart probably stopped and he couldn't breathe. When she finally did move but it was to wave that sword around to keep them away...he knew she was going to have a hard time coming back from this.

I always cry when he starts talking to her, telling her it's okay and that he's there. She turns to him and he gets her out. I just flat out feel pain and sadness and horror at what she was going through right then. You got that in your story. With Christian, Eddie, and Mia too. They are all suffering and working through all this in your story. I think Mason dying was the pinnacle in the series, it's when it went from being a young adult/teen book series to being something massive and major and phenomenal. I felt this was brushed over in the series and he was just gone with very little emotional baggage with the group. You showed us the depth of their suffering and brought us closer to each of our beloved characters. Great job.

Started reading your stories and love it i mean LOVE IT so please update some of them so i can keep on reading

Wow. That was amazing. I always try to find a good Dimitri POV and I think your's is the best.

"It was soft like freshly woven wool and it rose and fell like music from a flute and gently flowed like a river. I felt my insides turn to mush and my heart beat quickened to the erratic pace of a racing stream train."

My God that was beautifully written. Kudos. I wish you'd do all of the VA books from Dimitri's POV. You capture his voice perfectly.

Hi! I know I already reviewed like ten minutes ago but I came up with some ideas for the Camping sequel. Oh, and I can't wait till you post it!

I loved this story! I'm so glad you wrote it, this was really great. It didn't even really matter that it was out of order because every chapter was awesome!
