Excellent analysis of the story. Poor Ed loving someone that never even notices that you do. Maybe Ed should stop hoping and look somewhere else-as in a new job and eventually after healing from his loss a new lover as well.

Wow, that was good, I have only trecently started watching Prey in syndication, but I have read a lot of fanfic and that was one of the best.

Oh, my sweet Ed, ever relegated to the background whenever Tom is around. that Sloan is just an idiot. Very good, Carol, I read both your Prey stories and you should keep writing them!
