I usually don't read PruCan (I prefer Prungary) but this story was so well-written and so fnicking funny that I couldn't help but like it. Particularly the Spamano and the US/UK bits. You know what would be almost as awesome as Prussia? If you wrote a prequel to this story about how Arthur and Alfred got together in this AU. The locking-them-in-a-closet sounds like it would make a good fanfic ...

Anyway.
