I have a major soft spot for the father/son relationship (and you mentioned Requiem...all-time favorite). I like this one just a little bit better, not because of the writing, just the dynamic (although since Ziva's apartment had blown up right after Micheal died, I wonder how she still had a set of his clothes) and like I said, the father/son thing just gets me a little more. Big thanks to LD100 and Drama-Duchess for getting you to do this one. A great Christmas gift, gratefully accepted and greatly appreciated. 5/5

I think a nice brotherly version of him with McGee would be nice. Tim could think back to when Tony stood by him and stopped by his apartment to cheer him up when Tim was accused of killing the cop (since you have been pointing out when Tony helped whoever he dropped in on). It would also be...I can't think of an appropriate word...to see the situation from the eyes of the other person that tried to save the girl. A brother/sister between Abby and Tony would be great too, but I have no real good idea of what to do with it...I'd read either (or both). If you want to explore all possibilities, Palmer and Tony became pretty good friend while Gibbs was on his 'Hiatus'...Tony might go to him...just to throw that out there. (In case you do add more I'm alerting this story).

Yes, please do more chapters featuring Abby, McGee, even Ducky and Palmer might be interesting. Then get back to Ziva!

Great chapter! I really liked this version. It is plausible for Tony to turn to Gibbs for support after a hard case. I mean, who would understand things better than the "boss-man" himself! Gibbs does have a sort of fatherly bond with Tony on the show and I can definitely see it in your fic.

I really, really enjoyed reading your fic! It's just wonderful and it's so natural for Tony to be the way he is (and end up at the homes of one of his team-mates). He always takes cases to heart. There is a certain perseverance in his character that makes him such an admirable hero.
