I just saw the movie, believe it or not and then, as it is my way, i went hunting for fanfics about my favorite characters. This little ficlet is so short, like a snapshot. It makes me think about that look on Johnny's face when Lenny is telling him, near the end of the movie, "What are you boy, if not poison...". He looks so hurt, like a child really, and though he recovers so fast it makes me think i only imagined it, i felt so bad for him. Im telling you this beacause as i read this piece, i got teh same impression, especially when he so dryly describes the murder he witnessed as a child.

Great job. Although it was obviously short, it's left a lasting impression on me - I must have read it twenty or so times. The way you've written it leaves so much to the imagination, letting the reader mull over a lot of things. There's a lot of talent in that chapter.
