I have no words to explain this. It was beautifully written with the right emotion and everything. You made my heart leap and twist and spin around in circles, and I thank you for the thrilling experience that I had while reading this one-shot. It truly astounded me that one piece of writing can have so much emotion packed behind it. Every single character was woven in with so much detail, so much hurt but also love and anger and fear. You truly defined the meaning of sadness in this story, and I look forward to more fanfictions you will write.

I cannot tell you how many times this made me tear up. I have to say this was wonderful and beautiful, and awesome!

A fascinatingly interesting takes on everyone. Far more realistic than most. I really appreciated Sunny's cognizance of his role, purposely provoking comrades to get rage out of their system so they could fulfill their missions. Prowl especially was portrayed as his usual distantly logical self, but with a nice level of weakness seeping through. Shows just how much this is weighing on even him. Jazz's blindness was handled well. Not a new idea, but the way you dealt with it worked within the context. Sideswipe wanting to wake from the game and have all of the mechs he'd killed stand up because it was over was especially touching. The level of suppressed denial and crazy he warps towards was fantastically dark in a childish way. Though the end with him and Sunny was a bit convoluted, though it makes sense why considering the perspective and what situation Sunny had just came online to. Finishing with Ratchet's perspective at the end was perfect. It made for an excellent summery from a new perspective that warped up the chapter about a war with no end in sight.

An all around excellent character exploration that I do hope you consider developing into a story. Possibly even getting a chapter like this from the Decepticons point of view.

To Optimus'girl, Darklight8121 was not talking about 'your' Optimus but rather Faecat's Optimus. The point is not that this Optimus is a sweet and caring one dimensional ideal. He is a dark, deep rendition and as such provokes moral quandaries that one can find both disturbing and sympathetic. It is one of the reasons Ironhide's position in this story is so strong considering where he stands in regards to his leader and why.

You never cease to amaze me. The helplessness of being trapped in a never-ending war that you can't stop, just heart breaking. You gave me new insight into every single characters, but none more-so than Sunny. I'll never look at him the same way again. So profound. I'm rec-ing this one to everyone I know.

That Darklight8121 is so RUDE to Optimus! My sweet beloved Optimus cares about those around him! He even cares about Elita-1 and the other Autobots! He was just trying to stop Megatron from destroying Cybertron! Optimus and the other Autobots were trying to stop Megatron and the Decepticons from ending the livings of those on Cybertron! Darklight8121 needs to be nice to Optimus or I'll just start crying for Optimus to give me a hug!

Who wanted Bluestreak out of action? I soooooo wanna know. I NEVER thought I would love Optimus Prime at the same time I hate him so. I can easily see the femme being Moonracer. She seems to be that type of bot to comfort then turn on then protect.

I nearly cried over Ratchet. Well done. Sad how that idea seems to be so true. Someone else... I think it was the author of 'Aeos' on LJ Transformers nonsticky (if you read that stuff! ;D) said something similar. How Prime and 'Tron had 'torn the universe into mine and his' (paraphrased).

That was sooo good. I love how you describe Sunstreaker's and Sideswipe's veiws on the war. I could see Sidswipe seeing the war as a 'game' just so he could take the burden of it off his mind.
