Good idea for a story have you ever thought of pairing Harry with Eragon?

so to get his family library he needs to step through the veil of death? oh and get a tot as bonus... come on this the best you could do? why not just give him all of voldys memories then he has power and a reason for his trip through the veil

Authors indeed shouldn't answer reviews in their chapters. I'm not sure about it being a rule or not, but what it *is* is incredibly rude to the readers, because it falsely inflates the word count.

This is a shit on Harry and it fun to be suffering with Harry story.
Definitely not adventure, more Angst/Drama. So much of it.
This could have been a good story, but meh it doesn't even matter anymore since it's abandoned.

It would be interesting to see fawks coming to Harry's aid, or becoming a sort of companion like solombum is to Angela.

i have read successful adoptions before. and you as an author own non of this work. fan fiction is not something one can hold, as there own the ownership of the words and plot belongs to the authors of the original book and the story it self belongs to anyone one who reads it. you can't tell people that they can't adopt your fan fic, the very idea is stupid and by principle. fan fics are open area. people use others ideas all the time and who caress. you dont own this story. if someone decides they are gonna finish it they has the right to. your not doing it after all. if your not gonna wright it then let someone else. your a great righter and I respect your talent but your a dumb ass for not letting the story be finished. if you cant do it or don't wanna let someone else who dose want to do it, do it.

I think that harry caving is stupid. You had made it seem that he would have a backbone- but him following an army is simple stupidity. Not only would they expect him to fight -even if they deny it now- galbatorix would figure out quick smart that there's another dragon rider - something a smart person would avoid. It started out good but I hate spineless wimp Harry's.
