I could so see this happening on the show in an episode in the near future. What a nice a way to get them back on track! He can't let her face her father's funeral alone so he shows up right when she needs him the most. Not only is it wonderfully romantic, it also shows just how spiritually connected they are. Now that's one way to, in Eric's words, "earn back her trust". It could so be done too! They have 4 CSI's left to hold down the forte in Miami and its not like H wouldn't let Eric go to support Calleigh in her time of need. Man...this would be so great if it would happen like this. They could cut back and forth between Miami and the Darnell scenes. Oh...I wish the writer's could and would come up with something as brilliant as this is. One good story to get them back together would make up for a lot. Although, they have seriously put us through the ringer this season so it had better be a doosie...lol! Can't wait to read more EC stories from you!
