No need to apologize for cheesy, I like cheesiness. I like this epilogue and I'm really glad they got their happily ever after.

I'm glad he stood up for Penelope, though I like to think he always stands up for her, but I like that she got to witness that.

I'm glad that Derek called his mother and the two of them talked to Hotch. I love that everyone s being so supportive of the two of them.

I'm glad that Penelope got Derek to call Tamara, she's right... he did need to do at least that much. Although I'm glad he left the room for the phone call, she definitely didn't need to hear that. I'm glad that Derek family didn't really like Tamara though I'm curious how much they objected since I think he values their opinions and would definitely consider them.

I'm glad Derek wasn't angry, and love him commenting that this is the only time he's seen someone speak now. I like the levity in that moment. I'm glad that Penelope was on his list, although I wish he had taken the initiative to make sure she knew she was invited. It should definitely be interesting when everyone figures out that he left with Penelope.

Ooh... this is a great start. I really feel for Penelope in this, it's sad that no one even realized she wasn't invited to the wedding. I'm glad that Penelope went to the church and was able to get in undetected. I'm looking forward to reading just what she says.
