First of all, I'd like to thank the author for this absolutely fantastic continuation of The First Day. The First Day itself was a superb exploration of romance and tragedy that makes other competing fanfics pale in comparison.

As another fellow reader put it (in a discussion on reddit), the author's writing style is quite episodic, and can be likened to real life, which plays beautifully into the many different plot lines and characters being explored.

It is a real shame that the story development isn't crowd sourced to help the main author along (given one only has so much time on the clock in a day) to complete the full fic. But I think, in the end, regardless of what happens to this fic, the episodic nature of the writing style will mean that you (or I, I'll admit) , the reader, will never really fully come to terms with the story ending. There will always be that hint of a side plot in that particular chapter where you will be pining for closure.

It is also admirable how the writer splits the focus on different characters into separate fics, much like how Tree Houses and Daisies and The First Day runs concurrently. It is as if the author was conducting the the multiple plots in her mind, orchestrating each event and weaving the stories together into a coherent and understandable sequence. An orchestration of mind blowing proportions, given the size of the HP universe and the number of characters and subplots all happening at the same time. I wouldn't be surprised if the author has a huge wall in her house dedicated to the character relations, much like an investor in a detective shows.

I'd also like to specially mention and commend the author on the consistency and dedication to keeping true to canon, in term of plot, writing style, and character development. Dialogue and character development flows naturally from where Rowling left off, and new characters like Bronwyn, and the squad of HollyHead Harpies, which have their own distinct flavour and new challenges in writing and portraying, leaves me in admiration of this work.

To be fair, I am still making my way through little0bird's works, and have yet to reach the post-epilogue fics (given that I'm still not fully satisfied my pre-epilogue storyline cravings), but I am simply singing praises for the fics that I have read so far for all who would hear.

I have nothing but encouragement to send to little0bird (should she read this), to continue writing and wrap up story. Personally, if I had the ability to write HP fan fiction this well, I would contribute my own time to help drafts and editing in hopes that the end of this fic would see the light of day.

P.S. (spoilers) The character development of Ginny was fantastic in this fic, not to mention the exploration of both Percy and Charlie, who are both left out so frequently. The character development of Katie and the pairing with George does die down (in comparison the The First Day), which I think is a shame given the miscarriage that she had faced in The First Day, where the revelation to George was never truly explored.

I really really hope you find a way to continue on with the story! What happened with the werewolves? How is Harry doing? What about George and Katie? I have loved the previous 14 chapters but a girl can be hopeful

I have looked for this fic for so long! I read it more than 5 years ago, and all I remembered, besides liking it, was that scene with Ginny in the locker room and Charlie's sketchbooks. Good job was interesting reading again

In the past week I've rewatched all the Harry Potter movies and was looking for something more with Harry and Ginny as I love their relationship and think that Bonnie Wright is a beautiful actress who was extremely underused and not portrayed as her book self. I came across the previous FanFic with the 55 chapters and read all of that then this in about two days and have loved it. Parts made me cry and parts made me very happy and I hope that one day you'll pick this back up and get Harry and Ginny to finally shag.

I sincerely hope that someday you find the time, space, and creativity to continue this! I love your characterization - both those characters we got to know well through canon as well as those characters that we don’t know as much about. I have especially loved reading your moments between Katie and George as well as Charlie and Bronwyn. Thank you again!

Such a great story, I love your style and the way you portray especially HarryGinny's relationship. I desperately hope you get to finish this, I'll be waiting.
