Jasper's so screwed up from Alice's lies he doesn't even know when his mate is standing right in front of him and if Peter doesn't tell him he'll be reluctant to turn Izzy, thinking her only mate, Jacob, is dead and after her revenge is complete she'll be forever miserable. Peter needs to tell Jasper that she's his mate so he'll get that thought out of his head and turn her already!
